A man in a denim shirt talks to a group of childrenStep back in time and experience life in 1929 at Shawnee Town’s Time Travelers Summer Series. Families are invited to explore interactive programs featuring hands-on activities at the historic truck farm and recreated downtown.

Enjoy returning favorites like farmstead laundry and grocery shopping, along with special themed activities that change throughout the summer. Each visit offers something new to discover.

Activities are included with general admission. Friends of Shawnee Town family members receive free admission all summer.

During program hours, guided tours are not available. Visitors are encouraged to explore at their own pace and engage with staff and volunteers throughout the site.

Life on a Truck Farm
June 23 and 25

Animal Farm
